Marcus Ruf, educated at Augsburg University with a final degree in Business Administration (Diplom-Kaufmann) and a PhD (Dr.rer.pol.), has worked for a global information technology group before becoming Managing Director of medium sized companies in Germany. He also was an active entrepreneur before joining a German consulting firm. Today, his own Consulting Business is focusing on Mergers & Acquisitions and Corporate Finance solutions for small cap and mid cap companies. Dr. Ruf joined CBA in September 2015 as M&A Adviser.
